Traditionally cured and slowly air-dried, the old way.

Excellent Venison crafts premium biltong, droëwors and cured meats the traditional South African way. Properly seasoned, patiently air-dried, no shortcuts. We also cut and pack fresh and frozen game, from lechwe and kudu wors to burger patties, mince and potjie kos, ready for the braai or the pot. From our facility in Gauteng we supply office canteens, convenience stores, tuck shops, butcheries and supermarkets, along with direct orders from the public. Whether it is classic beef or lean game like kudu and springbok, every batch is made with the same care.
